Today's training session

Today's training session was pretty intense. But I did set my own personal best on push ups. 6 months ago, I was only able to do assisted push ups. My goal is to get to 25 unassisted push ups ...ya know the guy kind. Today, I did 4 sets of 10 unassisted push ups!!! I was pretty proud of myself. Monday at shadowboxing I did one set of 15, so I think that 25 will happen soon!
I was telling my trainer "back in the day" I was able to bench press 135 lbs.....Matt said something that I LOVED..... Used-to-be doesn't get the honey. I loved that, and I am going to make that my mantra.
I'm working really hard to lose at least one pound this week so I can hit 160 lbs lost....
I'll let you know how it goes after I weigh in on Saturday.
